Chicken Burger

Today I made burger for me. I know I haven’t been posting for quite long time but  now its time again to make some delicious dishes. 

Preparation time: 10 minutes 

Cooking time: 10 minutes


1. Buns

2. Minced Chicken 

3. Chicken Masala

4. Garam Masala

5. Chat Masala

6. Red Chilli Powder 

7. Smashed Potatoes 

8. Smashed steamed pumpkin

9. Cornflour Powder 


  1. Take smashed potatoes, steamed pumkin and minced chicken. Add red chillies powder, chicken masala, garam masala, and mix them well. 
  2. Now roll the mixture and shape them into a patty.
  3. Finally take a fry pan. Add butter and heat it and slightly toast the buns in butter.
  4. After that add refined oil and fry those patties. 
  5. Now according to your choice you can add flavours. Here I have added mayonnaise on one side of bun and chat masala on other side. Place the patty inside the bun.
