Soya and Peas Sandwich

Tonight I thought of making sandwiches with soya beans fillings. The sandwich taste real good and doesn’t require extra effort.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Total Cooktime: 1 hour

Ingredients I used:

  1. Soya Beans (200gms)
  2. Bread Slices
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. 100 gms Green Peas
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Half Onion
  7. Half lemon
  8. Garam masala
  9. Black Pepper
  10. Salt
  11. Black salt
  12. Oil/ghee

How I made it:

  1. Take a pan and boil the potato. Add some peas too for boiling.IMG_20160115_205606IMG_20160115_211214(15)
  2. Meanwhile chop the coriander leaves and onion.
  3. Take another pan and boil the soya bean for about 5 minutes.Boiled Soya Beans
  4. Now peel off the potato skin , add boiled soya , green peas , chopped onions then add lemon juice and smash and mix them together. Sprinkle salt black pepper, Garam masala over the mixture and mix them well.IMG_20160115_213041(13)
  5. Now heat a pan, add 1 tsp of oil. Add the filling in the pan and fry it.IMG_20160115_215821(12)
  6. Make toast of bread slices and then cut them into half.
